Losing the Plot is an annual film retreat at Burnlaw in the North Pennines organised by Star and Shadow Cinema.   It is an experiment in creating ideal conditions for the watching and discussion of alternative cinema. Over a weekend, we watch a mixture of contemporary and historical narrative, documentary, experimental and artist cinema, eat great but simple food, camp, walk and enjoy temporary community.  It's dope!
